G&W Sausage and Meats has grown to provide over 30 different varieties of Bavarian-style sausage, from bratwurst and liverwurst to our locally famous Landjager beef stick. Today, our products can be found on the menus of many local St. Louis restaurants, in the meat markets of various grocery stores, and in our own store. G&W's products can also be found at festivals and local attractions, such as Gus's Pretzels, Busch Stadium, and Energizer Park.

G&W has a plant that is large enough to meet your needs but small enough to provide you with the personalized service you desire. Unlike many other plants, G&W processes each batch of boneless deer meat individually, guaranteeing that your deer creates your product.
